All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Great customer service.
I ordered a 2016 DJ Ruckus. But there was a computer error and the bike was out of stock. They notified me in less than 24. I was offered a upgrade too a 2018 GT La Bamba for a small fee. The staff has been very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. These guys nailed it
These guys nailed it. They gave me a great price on a great bike. They knew the product. They walked me through, and talk to me through my purchase to get the right choice. They also threw in a free headlamp and rear light. That was in addition to the free cable lock that comes with their purchases. They got the bike to me quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Thanks Vic! You guys rock.

awesome customer service and bike shop!
Ordered a bike and received it within two days after it shipped out awesome people. Had a phone call prior to being shipped out and was very friendly telling me about warranties and anything related to the bike will be handled with a phone call

Bike was pictured having Shimano Deore …
Bike was pictured having Shimano Deore crankset and was main reason I bought bike. Got bike in and it had different crankset than pictures. I guess that's no big deal to some but I bought bike based on pictures. Kind of disappointed.

Hey Valdine, After looking into the component spec vs image shown there was indeed a discrepancy(which we have fixed). The image showed Deore but the component spec sheet showed All-Tera for the crankset. We want to stand behind our product and our service even when mix-ups like this happen. We have issued you a partial refund for the mix-up. The All-Tera crank will work great for your bike but should you decide to make the switch this refund will help you out.
