Our experienced team makes sure that the size is correct and also makes sure that you get any accessories that you are looking for to make your riding experience perfect with everything that you will need. All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. One problem the left pedal did not bite …
One problem the left pedal did not bite so I couldn’t get it to tighten so had to bring to local bike shop also the seat post had to be cut was way too long for a medium but otherwise really nice

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The bike I ordered was damaged before it was shipped to me and a replacement can not be here before Christmas. Not only did Nik let me know right away, he suggested multiple bikes similar to the one ordered that could be here by Christmas and offered a discount. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a bike!

I am so happy with America’s Bike! I placed my order and was concerned about shipping. They went out of their way to make sure it got to Kansas the next day for me. I would definitely recommend them. Very friendly and accommodating!

Best prices and phenomenal customer service!
We all have many options to buy items locally and online, however I choose to buy my bikes and parts from Americas Bike Company for a reason. They have the best prices and phenomenal customer service! I highly recommend Americas Bike Company!

I received my son's bike right on time …
I received my son's bike right on time and once I put the bike together there was a little hop in the wheel but America's bike company is helping right away they have been nothing but courteous and professional. I'm a first time customer but now a customer for life thanks again America's bike company

An ok experience
A trust worthy company but customer service was ok, i never got any emails or and updates on where or when my package was due to arrive and when i called the fisrts time a week after i ordered it they said it would be another week till it would arrive. A week later no package, no updates on the package, so i called again and then they told me another week. Love the conpany and the bike but just the service ikinda sucked.

Bike Shipped Not As Described Online
The bike I was sold was suppose to be fire engine red per photo... the bike I received is a rust orange/red color. The color was important bc it was a retirement gift to a fire fighter.
