I just recently ordered a bike online from ABC. Without a set of proper tools for assembling my new GT Grade, ABC offered to have it shipped to their location for assembly free of charge. The bike arrived on-time and was assembled and tuned immediately after with ABC contacting me the instant it was ready for pickup. They even went so far as to coordinate a pickup time beyond their typical hours since I was travelling a long distance and couldn't make it in the window of their normal business day. Nik, was constantly in contact throughout the process. I got a sweet bike at a ridiculous deal with all of the care you'd expect from a local bike shop. Nik even helped me mount the bike on my car rack, securing it for the long journey home. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

They were friendly and helpful. The bike shipped right when they said it would, and it was packed well so it arrived in perfect condition. After I got the bike going, I called with a few questions about measurements for some accessories I wanted to add. They sent me an email with all the information I needed within hours. Help like that AFTER the sale is pretty rare these days. I'd have no reservations about buying another bike from these guys.

Nik and his staff were great. Had my bike set up when I got there and explained all the paperwork and warranty stuff too. It’s a little hidden and that would be my only minor issue but other than that everything was awesome. They have great prices on their bikes and they tune and build them for you if you pick up in store. Awesome experience would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bike shop
