Hello Linda, We reached out to the manufacturer and they admitted that the manual wan incorrect in saying that the bike would be fully assembled. None of our bikes ship out 100% assembled as this would increase the risk of damage in shipping significantly. Our bikes DO however ship already 95% assembled requiring just a few steps for completion. We sent you instructions for final assembly and reached out to you again to see if you needed additional help. The shipping policy on our site also states that all bikes are shipped partially assembled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding with the manufacturer. We hope that we can earn your business in the future. Thank you, Nik

Hi Roxy, We reached out to you the day after your order to verify your billing information as the shipping address was different. We always double check this to make sure that nothing may have been auto-filled incorrectly. After receiving your information your bank was not able to authorize the purchase. We again reached out to you letting you know we could accept a different method of payment. Please know that if this information had been confirmed we would have shipped out that bike the same day. We ultimately canceled your order with the full refund back to you when we were unable to verify. We would still like to get you this great new bike when you can provide valid billing information. Thank you, Nik

They have a great selection of bikes…
They have a great selection of bikes for any type of riding. Liked the prices so much I ended up purchasing a discounted electric bike on-line through ABC. Unfortunately the size on-line didn't match what they had in stock. Nik quickly responded via email to notify me and see if there were any other sizes I would be interested in. In addition, he offered a discount (the price of shipping) on one of their newest e-bikes this spring once it became available. I’m very impressed at the way things were handled, especially the customer service, and would recommend anyone shopping for a bike on-line go straight to ABC.
