BEWARE. This place has become incredibly shady when it comes to returns. I used to love shopping here, but the customer service has seriously gone downhill. Their website had errors that wouldn’t let me process an exchange, so instead of fixing it properly, they (Rechel) made me pay for the item a second time and wait days for a resolution. After all that, they still charged me a return fee. Unacceptable and frustrating from start to finish. Buyer beware.

The quality of the clothes I bought was very good and the sizes seemed to fit perfect. Also the packaging was very nice.

La qualité est là aussi, ça paraît que c’est bien fait et que ça va durer. Mais surtout, leur service à la clientèle est vraiment solide. Ils répondent vite, sont faciles à rejoindre et cherchent vraiment à aider. J’ai eu droit à de très bonnes ententes, ce qui est assez rare de nos jours. ‐----- Honestly, really great experience with AmericanTall. It’s already hard to find clothes when you’re tall, but their stuff actually fits properly. The quality is solid too — you can tell it’s well made and built to last. What stood out the most though is their customer service. They reply quickly, are easy to deal with, and genuinely try to help. I was able to get some really good arrangements, which is pretty rare these days.

Have been buying clothes from AT for several years now since my 16 yr old grandson is 6'5" and granddaughter is 5'9". Clothes are great quality and fashionable

Update. American Tall reachdd back out to me and got the issue resolved in one email. Awful. I ordered some shorts that I needed ASAP and they mistakenly sent me pants and their customer support is so awful that it takes them "up to two days to reply" so just fixing the problem takes an unimaginable amount of time and energy. Avoid this company like the plague!!!
