American Musical SupplyReviews of americanmusical.com

Found a better price on Amazon and they swiftly responded to my email and matched the lower price even though I was on a payment plan! Thanks AMS for your fast and friendly handling of my concerns! These guys rock! Buying all my music supplies from AMS from now on.

I purchased all my Dj equipment from AMS, and non of them has disappointed me. I would continue to shop from them. In addition, their customer service is excellent.

I’ve never had a bad experience w/ AMS and this BOSS SD-1 is actually more pleasing to my ear than I’d anticipated. Why buy a Blues Driver or Tube Screamer when this is $40-50.00 cheaper?

I’ve been using AMS for years! ..long before I had credit! lol Living in SW Ohio helps me get my gear typically 1-2days from order date. AMS Rocks!

Amazing service as long as you pay on time and shipping is faster than so many other sites. Highly recommend!

I have been purchasing my guitars, amps, recording equipment and all my music needs from AMS. The equipment always arrived on time, the customer service has always been on point, whether returns, exchanges, and any other help I've needed. I recommend AMS to anyone that wants to get quality music equipment and the customer service to go with it.

Wide selection of gear. From guitars to amps to recording equipment, they have it all! I've been buying from these folks for many many years and each purchase has been easy and enjoyable. The staff is ready and happy to help. Glen was right there to answer all my questions! You won't be disappointed!!

(I have added this review ) Up until the day before yesterday I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review as I have been a customer for a number of years and bought a number of guitars and other equipment from them.. . I have been looking at a guitar they carry and noticed it listed at a 200 dollar discount.. I thought about it for most of a week and decided to buy it.. But when I added it to my cart the Price went Up to its original price. Tried a few times same thing so called their customer service, Customer service person was polite but told me they would only honor the original price , even though the Price I was trying to buy it at was still on the website . Always thought they had to sell at their Advertised Price ! 10/9/25 You ask for information but provide no way to actually get you that info .... 10/16 AMS sent me a request for my email etc through Trust pilot I imagine to prove I was a customer but it has been well over a week and nothing from them .. The person asking below doesn't provide a way to contact them so why ask! I have both of what you ask but no way to contact you ... I was rather surprised at the request from AMS through this site .But nothing came from it so why they bothered who knows 10/27/25 OK I was contacted by AMS , they asked me to call them I did and was asked if I had a screen shot of the listing of the guitar at the price I mentioned, I did and sent it to them . They offered to sell me the guitar at the price it had been listed for and I agreed and bought the guitar. I have since received it and am happy with the transaction.. I am changing my review to reflect AMS making this right .. As I said i have bought a number of guitars from them in the past and likely will buy from them in the future ..
