Beware that the size of any item they…

Beware that the size of any item they advertise will be smaller than and American or European size, in other words if your size is medium order a large otherwise it won't fit you. If you want to exchange for a larger size you have to pay the shipping cost, no help from this company that does not make the sizes appropriate to world standards. You iterated exactly what the problem is, you people don't want to take responsibility for your error nor do you have any customer service plan in place. I didn't make a mistake, your web site says that a large is 3.7-4.1 inches palm width. If that were true the gloves would fit. Obviously your information is incorrect or someone put the wrong gloves in the correct package, either way not my fault. Sending me a partial refund didn't help either as the GLOVES STILL DON'T FIT. Your mistake and you must make it right at your own expense, that's how it done in the USA. Clearly you have no intention of maintaining a good business model in the USA. I'm done with you, wish I had never bumped into you turkeys.

Regarding the size chart on any of our items, we try to resolve the problem by increasing the sizes to 2 - 3 size up. However, it still doesn't resolve the size concern. You can return the item back to us for a full product cost refund. All we ask is a photo of the item, to check the quality before returning it. Then, we will require you to send us a copy of the return shipping receipt with a valid tracking number to our US warehouse. Once those were supplied to our customer service agents, that is the time we can refund the products cost. Please do take note that we do not shoulder the return shipping fee for the item. If you want the return shipping fee reimbursed, what we can supply is an e-gift card that you can use on your next purchase. We cannot refund the return shipping fee amount to your credit card or Paypal as we do not have that option to do so. Please allow us to correct any of our mistakes.
