Ordered several cool items. A few...jewellery not included.... are gorgeous! Several items didn't fit and I abided by the company's rules to return or exchange or refund and received nothing from them to help. So like ALL online companies.... u get what u order. Be prepared to just throw away ur hard earned dollar cause if items don't fit.... TOO BAD FOR YOU!

I have made 2 purchases from ALR. The first pair of fork mounted turn signals worked great. The second, not so much. Since they will not send me a replacement, I choose to leave a mixed review.

I bought the Daniel Smart Premium Plain Side Police Jacket and I was disappointed with the quality. zipper gusset in sleeves were non leather and the fit is not true to size. should have ordered one size larger

I bought three items. A leg bag which I thought was leather but it is not. It’s okay. Also a bracelet that I really like. As long as the finish holds I would give it five stars. And a pair of sunglasses. I was disappointed that although they came in a hard case,there was no soft cleaning bag or even a Microsoft cleaning cloth with them. The sunglasses will become Halloween costume accessories. Again, they are just okay.

Beware, this is not an American Company, so you will have no recourse for missing or shoddy products. This is yet another Chinese company that will take advantage of their location.

So I ordered the boots and leg bag, I hit a link for a discount and it ordered the same thing again. Without a confirmation page or anything, been trying to get ahold of them to stop one payment and nothing. My bank has started an inquiry as to why they have no confirmation and why we can't get ahold of them. Can't speak on quality yet but in terms of customer service it has been lacking. Will update review once I get my order, hopefully with two emails and two voicemail they will get things straight on their end.
