American Eagle OutfittersReviews of americaneagleoutfitters.com

Generally meet my expectations and delivery a decent quality.

Horrible experience recently. Ordered a few items and one was not included in the package even though it was on the shipping label. Company has not been responding to my emails and I'm assuming this will never be resolved. Leaves and awful taste receiving such bad customer service.

Inventories not accurate. You will end up disappointed. You thought you are expecting the item but it is not there. Also the free shipping is just a show as they will cancel one item so your shipping is not free. Im staying away from this company.

I love the clothes. The fit is great. I don't like going into the stores though because age discrimination is real at the stores I have visited.

i love the jeans they sell, also love their shorts and shirts they are super cute and whenever i shop there they never disappoint me at all!
