Great as always

We enjoyed our time with the camper trailer, we were not happy that we could not utilize it at all for the first night due to the burned out fuses so we had no electricity, then that Saturday we were pleased to know that they would send a tech out to fix the problem in which he did, we got some rain that evening and could not sleep in the master bed once again due to rain wetting the mattress. Once we got into the office they waived a late fee due to us bring it back after the check in time, and they waived the dumping fee, we were please with that we did not want to argue about refunding one night, being the Christian people that we are we decided to considered that as a loss. Our plan is to still give them another try, hopefully the next experience will be better for us.

We rented an RV (Freedom Elite) for a 4 day weekend from American Dream Vacations, and we had a wonderful time. Took the family to Canyon Lake, Texas. The RV was great with the exception of the generator which would turn off while driving. Nonetheless, when parked at the campsite everything worked great. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in renting an RV to go with American Dream Vacations. They even refunded me money for unused miles. Talk to Jose or Liz. Thanks again.

They provided great customer service.

ADV did us right! The delivered our rental, set it up for our occupation, and took it down as planned, right on schedule. No complaints at all.

Renting an RV from Copley's was a great experience. Brenda went over everything with us when we made the reservation and then walked us through step by step when we arrived to pick up the RV. We were shown all the systems in the coach and told what was expected of us upon return. We have never been RVing before and this was a wonderful first trip.

The staff is very attentive, thorough, and friendly. The R.V. was very clean and air conditioning worked great! The convenience of the restroom and kitchen while driving down the road is incredible and saves so much time. We will be back!

The motorhome had numerous mechanical issues. Management spent most if their energy defending the problems instead of reaching out to make it right. Was considering buying an RV to lease out in their program, but it did not appear that the u its were well cared for. Disappointed in overall experience.
