Hit water hard to come by!
I rented an RV for a 4 day weekend. The reservation process went smoothly. Picking up the RV was a bit more drawn out than it needed to be. I would have helped if they had provided the requirements for pickup (printed insurance card) prior to pick up. Regarding the stay- the RV had not been de-winterized, so it took a couple hours that evening to sort out what the problem was. I finally figured out by removing panels and drawers where the valve was that needed opened in order for hot water to flow to the sinks and shower. It would have been nice to have an after hours phone number for assistance in situations like this. Regarding returning the RV- it was convenient to be able to return the RV when the office was closed. Return time is 11am unless you pay an entire additional day.

We always strive to provide an excellent experience for our customers beginning with the easy reservation process and ending with a convenient return process. Unfortunately, as with all things mechanical, that isn't always the case.
All of our vehicles undergo a multi-point inspection prior to departure to prevent on-the-road difficulties. I apologize for any oversight in the dewinterization process. You should not have to turn the valves in order to operate the water system. Having said that, thank you for your willingness to adapt and remain resilient.
We also do our best to provide as many resources as possible to our customers including online video instruction, downloadable rental unit handbooks, online video troubleshooting, and 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance for breakdown scenarios. Some locations offer service text lines as well.
Seeing that this business is very schedule oriented, all vehicles are scheduled back in before 11am to allow for sufficient time to prepare the vehicle for another same-day customer leaving at 2pm. In the event that the vehicle is available, not leaving to another renter, we are flexible on return times as a courtesy, as late as 4pm on weekdays.

The experience was a very good one
The experience was a very good one. The only issue we had was the hot water heater did not work so we were unable to shower in the RV. Fortunately we stayed at RV Parks and were able to use their showers. Copley's RV, where we rented the RV, was the best. Joel went out of his way to assist us from Florida when we were in California, he was the best. We would without question do this again.

Great customer service-5 stars from start to finish$!
Great customer service! When we had a small issue thousands of miles away they got a tech on the phone immediately to trouble shoot. They were accommodating and even allowed us to pick up a little early so we could get on the road. The check out and in process was really great and there were no hidden fees. Everything was discussed before we signed and the walk through was thorough upon pick up and drop off. We will be renting from them again soon! We rented a 32 ft rv that was perfect for us and our three boys! Extremely pleased! Thank you all!

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. We have rented before and all was great then as well.
In the middle of our trip we noticed one of the tires looked bad. So we sent a picture via text and the guys took care of us. They found a place for us to get tire replaced. We all stayed in RV while tire place replaced tire. Guys at ADV checked on us.
We are renting again!
