The RV we reserved had no air conditioning it wasn’t working & we were doing primitive camping. It took 3 hours to get another RV which put us very late leaving. Then it wasn’t ready & they had to get that RV ready which took longer yet. It was dirty on outside & dusty inside. Upon returning we have pictures showing it was cleaner than we received it & Karen tried to say we left urine in toilet & we didn’t! She told me 2 cleaning people said it, then she told my husband; who called her as well, 3 cleaning people said it. Then upon trying to talk to her she go rude & hung up on me & then My Husband, as well as cutting us off while speaking to her & talking over everything we said. I did tell her we took photos showing it’s clean & we are not the type of people to leave urine. Awful customer service & having a appointment to get going in a timely manner was a joke. I’m very glad someone asked about our trip, I usually give good reviews but this was Not a dream vacation it Was A Nightmare Vacation Leaving & Returning. Truly Sad

This is our 3rd year renting from them. Everything work great. There was a little more wear on the furniture than i would have wanted.

Excellent service .....

Great company. Check in and out was easy enough. The RV had a table which turned into a bed which came with a crack on it and when we tried to sleep on it the table broke more so it rendered the sleeping space even smaller. Wasn't the companies fault, just nature of the thing. Couple small chips on the windscreen which I told them about and they said they had done a walk through video and it should be included in the video and would send me a copy of the video but I didn't get it, should be ok though, I just wanted to cover myself. Other than that I have no complaints. They were super nice. All in all the company was great. Would definitely recommend them and rent from them again.

I needed a camper trailer last minute because the frame to the popup I own literally broke as I was leaving town. The folks at American Dream Vacations understood my dilemma, found a trailer that fit my needs, and had it ready for me to pick up in 3 hours. They did all this on the Wednesday before Memorial Day! Thank you, American Dream Vacations! You really saved me!
