My husband Darryl and I are so glad we took AIT's "Into the Promise Land" tour The itinerary was incredible, the hotels wonderful and the tour guides so personable and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely use AIT if we ever traveled that part of the world and recommend them to everyone

The tour was amazing. Tamar, the guide was amazing. She has been a tour guide for 30 years and I don't think it was possible for us to have had a better tour guide. The days were VERY busy. Always going and not much down time. You must be ready to do a lot of walking. It would be nice to take some more time at some sites but with so much to see, you need to keep moving. The hotels and the food at the hotels was great. Very clean, comfortable rooms. The only complaint was the choice of shop in Bethlehem. We were told we were going to a Christian store. Upon arrival, it was as smoky as a bar!!! They need to find another store to take groups to. That is the ONLY complaint. It was truly an amazing and life changing trip. Very first class. Looking forward to touring again with AIT.

The only disappointments were the scheduled welcome dinner as a group and farewell dinner as a group never were organized. The first time we met the group was in the lobby on the first full day of touring. It would have been nice to 'get acquainted' prior to the first morning. Also the last night it would have been nice to eat as a group, and that was never arranged as promised in the brochure. However, the quality of guides and timing of visits to sites was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed the overall excursion.

My Wife, Daughter and I took this great tour called the "Roots of Faith". Our tour guide was very knowledgable and taught us a lot about Israel and its history. The tour had a great system that allowed the guide to talk to us while we walked around the sites. We all felt safe everywhere we went. The only thing you really had to watch out for was pick pocketer's. The hotels and food was great.

We just returned from our second trip to Israel with AIT. The first was in 2006 with our daughter Chelsea and I didn't think they could top that experience -- but they did! Just for perspective, this was my 6th and my wife's 4th trip to Israel so we knew what we wanted our 2 youngest daughter's (23 & 25) to see on the trip. Their itinerary was very complete and reasonably priced with first class hotels... One night in Tel Aviv, two in Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee, one at a 1st class resort on the Dead Sea and three in Jerusalem. Compare their package prices to others, (ours was $1775 --not including air fare), look at all that's included... and I think you'll see they offer a great value in travel. The bus transportation was a new bus that was air conditioned with WiFi and an excellent driver. The guide, Tamar was thoroughly educated on the history and culture of the country. The schedule was well planned & organized and breakfast & dinner buffets were huge so the only meals not covered by your fee was lunch each day. Transfers to & from the airport were included and a free day allowed us to see things like The Israel Museum (where the Dead Sea scrolls are) or Yad Visham (the Holocaust Museum) before our return flights. They were attentive to every detail! I recommend them highly!

We had a great time. All our tour guides were knowledgeable, went out of their way to take are of us. Would recommend this trip to anyone.

all fine until last day a very stupid driver picked us up at border with jordan to go te-laviv airport left one person in jerusalem but there were more to be left in jerusalem driver did not asked about if any one else was going to hotel in jerusalem or said hello my name is i heard all conversations was sitting in first row driver a tremendous liar
