I would really give them 3.5 stars. The guides were great and we visited and saw so many places so the touring part was excellent. Our accommodations in Greece were adequate. The workout area was shabby and was only accessible from the street. It was difficult to eat breakfast on a rainy day because the hotels restaurant did not have enough seating. We were served the same lamb dish two nights in a row and there was not an alternative choice. Since food is in my opinion a huge part of the cultural experience this was disappointing and the lack of breakfast seating and access makes it difficult when you have an early tour departure time Our guide George was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and kind. The cruise was as expected but we had windy conditions but that cannot be controlled. The cruise line restaurants were accommodating when we returned from Patmos late in the evening Overall the cruise was a great value and experience with only a few negatives

The footsteps of Paul trip through Greece and the 3 night Greek Island cruise is absolutely amazing! Regan was wonderful booking our trip. She was always just a phone call away. John, our guide was wonderful. We saw more and went to more places than was listed in the itinerary. You could never see all these places by yourself. My only complaint was the fact that you do not have choices for dinner. Everyone is served the same thing and Rack Of Lamb was served two consecutive nights. Other than that it was a perfect trip.

Though the info in the emails/website wasn't 100% transparent, calling in & speaking to someone was very helpful & beneficial. The details when it came to the flights was fuzzy. I & others were confused as to if the flights were included in the cost of the trip or not. Also being told to pay for the entire trip before doing anything about flights to be told you missed the window to be part of the group flight(s) was frustrating as I wasn't given a chance to ask about them or get in on that. Calling & talking to someone was far more helpful. Jenesis Baez was who I communicated with the entire time leading up to the trip. She was very transparent with details, helpful with any questions I had, helpful with finding flights to get me there & back & was checking to make sure things were going smoothly. With this having been my 1st trip outside the U.S., she was a tremendous help guiding me through everything. I'm very grateful for her & her help.

My rating is a 4.5 overall only because a couple of places we planned to see were not available or open to us.

Most things went well.

From start to finish, the Roots of our Faith tour was excellent. I would rate the tour experience itself 5-stars! The only reason I rated the experience lower was because of some rather confusing, vague information from the Travel Specialist about what to pack for men in regards to modest clothing, money to bring, and medications to be only in their original containers. However, our first point of contact from the Tour Operator was excellent. She was prompt and courteous in responding to questions and extremely helpful. If I could rate it a 4.8, I would :). Our tour guide, Yair and driver Maher, were exceptional. The mini-bus we rode in around the Holy Land was comfortable and convenient. Our group felt completely safe and quickly developed a comradery with each other and our guide. Every day before beginning our journey, our guide invited us to voice a morning prayer. To visit the sites, accompanied with Bible-readings by our tour guide enriched our understanding and helped deepen our appreciation with real-life "visual aids" like the Sea of Galilee, coast of Caesarea Philippi, Garden Tomb, and so much more! We will never forget the time we had in the beautiful land of the Bible and the people of Israel. So blessed!! Well done, America Israel Tours!

The trip was really good! It was well planned out, tours were well organized, hotels were really good, tour operators were knowledgeable. Office staff - Reagan Burns provided outstanding customer service and assistance.

AIT/AGT helped navigate all essential logistics. Personnel did fine in their various roles; only occasionally lacked clear and/or timely communications. Choice of first hotel (Divani) on tour was disappointing -- very expensive, busted one piece of luggage, room was small, had peeling wallpaper, etc. Otherwise all tour accommodations & food & service was enjoyable.
