I was going to take the trip with American Israel Tours
I was going to take the trip with Americal Israel Tours the roots of the Holy Land Tour.There were three of us in the group we told them that we were paying for our trips separate.They keep getting the information of our payment and dates of travel mixed up.We had to get with them on a three way call to confirm our trip was individual,that’ when they became rude .In my opinion they were unprofessional with the whole tour.Don’t think they are the best company to tour with.

We take great pride in what we do, therefore, we refunded all 3 of your payments fully so you can find other company to work with. Please understand, this has not happened because of any wrong doing on our part. We wish you would travel with us and experience that our journeys are, indeed, superb and up to the highest satisfaction level of our customers.
