Great trip. Excellent experience!

This summer my husband and I traveled to Israel and Jordan using the services of your tour company. We had a great experience and we are recommending the trip to family and friends. Your tour guides and drivers (both in Israel and Jordan were professional, knowledgeable and courteous). However, the driver who picked us up at the hotel in Jerusalem to take us to the Israeli - Jordanian border left us at the terminar without any guidance. Thank God that someone (a guide who worked for a different company) noticed that we looked disoriented and gave us the necessary information for us to make it safely to the Jordanian side, where our Jordanian guide and driver were waiting for us. Except for that incident everything else was superb. Lord willing we'll be back someday!

Had an amazing time. Our driver Yossi and Guide Tamar were the GREATEST. Never at any point in 8 days did we feel unsafe even when we were walking the city at night on our own. Loved every location we visited and can't wait to visit again.

Israel was amazing! However, our tour guide was sarcastic, self righteous and rude at best. The trip was also exausting. They had us running from site to site, forcing us to miss some of the best parts, and they should’ve known better than to agree to book that many sites in one day. Instead they blamed us for running behind with statements like “you took too long to be led by another guide in an underground dark cave so now we are not going to allow you to change your wet clothes” or “I didn’t say you could use the bathroom here and you took too long” or “if your not a man, why do you care?” when you were simply asking a question for your husbands sake... not to mention the best part where they pretend to be an honest friend and took you to tourist traps and told you sob stories, restaurants that have the same foods over and over again and pricier foods as the days go on. Oh and we were told by the locals that they were getting a commission from the traps to bring us there. They didn’t tell us that we were supposed to wear pants to the Temple Mount unlike other group tours that we witnessed not having to borrow long skirts and sweaters. They only told us modesty which was supposed to mean covering knees and shoulders as it meant every other day. They were rude with us for going to the bathroom without permission and scolded us when we weren’t paying attention to the tour guides spiel, seemingly because we were hurting their ego when in reality we weren’t listening anymore because we were exhausted, and actually wanted to enjoy some conversation with each other, couldn’t hear them half the time because they were walking too far ahead and we’re frankly tired of their attitude. By they I mean and am referring to our tour guide, Yair, who was quite knowledgeable but snippy.

I love the it. It was an amazing trip.

Mediocre Lunch was not affordable nor variety. We were taken to places where clearly bus driver and tour guide got a cut from the proceeds. The hotels were not 5 star except for Herod Hotel at the Dead Sea. Clearly did not receive what we paid for.
