I bought an Amazfit Helio Strap because the reviews on YouTube were good and because it is advertised as having a temperature sensor to monitor your temperature. Recently the device and Zepp app stopped showing any temperature information. I contacted customer support and was told that the device does not have a temperature sensor. Weird given that the website states that is DOES have a temperature sensor and since it had measured that in the past. My friends and users on Reddit are obtaining temperature data so the response doesn't make sense. Recommend you avoid the Amazfit Helio strap, find another device that has reliable customer support and service.

Customer service is shocking! I ordered a ring but it didn’t fit, contacted the team 4 times with no response what so ever. I also filled out the form on the UK website, get an automated email from the UK support team telling me to contact the UK support team. Will be contacting my bank to claim the money back since their customer service is so appalling and unresponsive!

I originally bought the Amazfit bip 6 and initially was well pleased with it. I swim every day and followed the car instructions to the letter. Never showered in it or pressed buttons underwater etc. Lasted 5 days before there was water ingress and the screen was irrationally switching from one screen to another without pressing anything. So we called customer support and provided video proof and was told to send it back. When it got to service it was working ok so guess it had dried out. They sent me a replacement which did the same after about a week. Sent it back same thing it was working ok when they examined it. Told them I wanted a watch that was waterproof and they suggested the Amazfit Active 2 round but I would have to pay more as it was more expensive. Paid, recieved watch and guess what happened? Yeah one week and exactly the same thing happened. Sent it back still waiting to hear but I dont want another. My argument is if it says you can swim in it you should be able to swim in it without having to dry it out for 24/48hrs. Love the operating system although I found that swimming the watch didn't capture all strokes accurately. If you dont swim its great if you do avoid like the plague.

I love my Amazfit Active 2 Round for many reason. Aesthetically, it's very good looking compared to all the square Apple watches that everyone else is wearing. Secondly, it has so many interesting and useful Apps and so many features that are coming up as you use it, e.g., in the morning when I get up it greets me, tells me the time, weather etc. The battery lasts for 5-7 days which is awsome, so I don't have to charge it every day. The watch face (one that I selected) includes so many data like how many steps I made, my HR, HRV, temp,date, time altitude,etc.It takes a while to get used to it and where to find the different apps and how to operate them, but all in all you get used to it very quickly even though I am not the best in handling e gadgets.

Questa funzione rappresentava per me un valore reale del prodotto, oltre che un’attività creativa che mi aveva portato a dedicare tempo alla creazione di un mio quadrante personale. Con un aggiornamento dell’app Zepp, la modalità sviluppatore è stata rimossa senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva agli utenti. Di conseguenza, anche il quadrante che avevo creato è scomparso dall’orologio. Mi sono quindi ritrovato con un dispositivo che, dopo l’acquisto, offre meno funzionalità rispetto a quelle disponibili inizialmente. Ritengo questo approccio profondamente scorretto nei confronti dei clienti: modificare unilateralmente il software eliminando funzioni esistenti, senza preavviso né spiegazioni chiare, mina la fiducia verso il prodotto e verso l’intero ecosistema. Un aggiornamento dovrebbe migliorare l’esperienza utente, non ridurre possibilità già presenti e utilizzate. La sensazione è che le decisioni vengano prese senza considerare l’impatto sugli utenti che hanno scelto il dispositivo anche per determinate caratteristiche software. Alla luce di questa esperienza, personalmente non acquisterò più prodotti Amazfit. Invito inoltre i potenziali acquirenti a valutare con attenzione come l’azienda abbia modificato arbitrariamente il software Zepp rimuovendo la funzione “modalità sviluppatore”, perché questo dimostra come alcune funzionalità possano essere eliminate anche dopo l’acquisto del dispositivo. Esperienza complessivamente molto deludente e gestione del cliente che considero poco trasparente.

Terrible customer service I received my Helio Strap and I really liked until it completely stopped tracking my sleep, stress and bio-charge after only 3 days!!! I sent many feedbacks using the app, sent many emails and reminders as I requested to return the item and they kept answering the same steps of resetting the strap which I already tried 10 times and never provided me with clear steps on how to return the item till now!!!!!! (It's been more than a week) I regret the day I bought it directly from their website and not using Amazon! To anyone reading this comment please 1- DO NOT BUY IT DIRECTLY FROM AMAZFIT WEBSITE. 2- The Hello strap is an amazing device if you're lucky and didn't face any issues. 3- DO NOT BUY IT DIRECTLY FROM AMAZFIT WEBSITE!!. I hope Amazfit people read this review and help me out as I'm not looking to just simply lose my money because of the terrible and horrible customer service.

Customer service? I called 6 times to reach them about an order expected to be delivered in 48 hours. After 4 days without a response, I realized it was out of stock and that they had already charged me for the order. I am waiting for the refund to be processed.

I ordered an Amazfit product and decided to return it the day after it arrived, as I had changed my mind. The item was unused and unworn. I emailed their official support on 30 September requesting a return and refund. After receiving no response for three days, I followed up on 3 October. It is now well over a week later, and I have still had no reply whatsoever. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I have now had to send a third email and am preparing to escalate this to my bank if I do not hear back imminently. I am also due to travel soon and wanted this resolved before I go. If you value post-purchase support or basic communication, I would strongly advise against buying directly from Amazfit.
