Heliostrap - I've been using my helio strap for about a month and am satisfied with it. It is comfortable, easy to adjust, easy to charge and the app has a lot of useful data. I do not currently subscribe to any additional features and I get a lot of data. The heliostrap device is water resistant and I use it in the shower with no problems. I've had no interactions with the company. I bought the strap same-day at Target for around $100. If something changes, I will update.

I lost connection between watch and…
I lost connection between watch and phone. Amazfit didn't recognize my password. When I tried to change password amazfit didn't recognize my phone number. I used mail option and when I chose connection, it went to a blank screen. Unable to sign in to my phone app, the watch is now useless. I will buy a different make watch and warn people not to buy amazfit watch

Support is dire.
Support is dire.
The buttons and screen on my fitness watch stopped working so it became useless apart from telling the time.
Sent it for repair.
Was received 2.5 weeks ago by them but not updated on their repair tracking system.
Response has been slow/intermittent citing all kinds of excuses such as sending me a link to the the royal mail website operational issues updates (which cite some disruption in the far side of the country) even though they've already got it. They have now stopped responding and there is no phone number to call so I'm stuck with no updates and no watch. I can only assume they're lost it. I've suggested just sending me a replacement but got silence.

No guarantee
I've had a Bip 6 for 8 months. Like many others, the buttons stopped working after I swam with it. According to the manufacturer, this is negligent use that voids the warranty, even though it's supposed to be water resistant to 5 ATM and allow swimming in open water.
It's a shame, because I really liked this watch.

Bip 6 died well within its 5ATM rating. Support runs you in circles.
I bought an Amazfit Bip 6, rated 5ATM, and used it strictly within spec.
The only water exposure was swimming in a pool and the sea.
No showers, no diving, nothing beyond what 5ATM covers.
About three months in, the screen went black a few hours after a sea swim and never came back on.
It still faintly vibrates when I hold the buttons, but the display is dead and unresponsive.
A watch marketed for swimming should survive swimming.
Support made it worse.
I followed every troubleshooting step they asked for, sent the serial number, the firmware version, the receipt, and multiple videos of the issue.
They repeatedly told me they "couldn't open" the video links across Dropbox and Google Drive, asked whether I'd worn it in the shower (I hadn't), and pushed me back to the seller.
When I finally got a response with substance, it was that the case would be "forwarded to a regional agency" with no timeline and no guarantee of any resolution.
So the product failed inside its advertised waterproof rating, and the warranty process is a runaround designed to wait you out.
I can't recommend a swim-rated watch that doesn't survive normal swimming, backed by support that won't stand behind it.

DONT BUY FROM AMAZFIT
I am utterly dismayed and deeply frustrated with my recent purchase from Amazfit. It has been a little over two weeks since I acquired one of their watches, a significant investment amounting to a hefty £550, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I realized the watch wasn't what I expected and decided to initiate a return, I've been plunged into a seemingly endless abyss of unresponsive customer service.
My attempts to contact them have been relentless, yet entirely futile. I've sent emails, made phone calls that went unanswered or were met with automated messages promising a callback that never materialized. It feels as though my pleas for assistance are simply vanishing into a digital void. There has been absolutely no meaningful contact from their end, no acknowledgment of my return request, and certainly no progress towards resolving this increasingly stressful situation.
Consequently, I find myself in an incredibly undesirable predicament: I am now effectively stuck with a £550 watch that I genuinely do not want. This isn't just about the monetary value; it's about the principle of a company failing to uphold its basic customer service obligations. The lack of support and the complete radio silence from Amazfit have turned what should have been a straightforward return process into a deeply aggravating ordeal. I had hoped for a smooth transaction, but instead, I'm left feeling completely abandoned and out of pocket, desperately wishing for a resolution that seems perpetually out of reach.

Inaccurate garbage
One star for service, they replaced a faulty helio strap for free and didn't ask for the old one back.
However, the product is straight garbage. Cheap disposable garbage. But what do you expect for the price?
