**Extremely disappointing experience…
**Extremely disappointing experience with Amazfit - think twice before buying.** I purchased an Amazfit watch that worked perfectly for the first year. Unfortunately, just a few days after the warranty expired, the watch suddenly stopped working completely. I contacted Amazfit customer support and followed every troubleshooting step they recommended. I even purchased new charger and went through multiple procedures they suggested, but nothing brought the watch back to life. When I asked whether they could inspect or repair the watch, I was told there would be a significant charge simply to diagnose what had failed. I challenged this, given that the watch had failed almost immediately after the warranty period, but Amazfit refused to offer any meaningful assistance and eventually closed my case. I then contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria. Only after getting Consumer Affairs involved did Amazfit agree to inspect the watch without charging me. I sent the watch to them as requested, only to subsequently be told that they could no longer assist because, according to them, I had taken too long to send it in . This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. A product failing just days after the warranty period is disappointing enough, but the way Amazfit handled the situation made it considerably worse. In my experience, the products may look attractive and work well initially, but **the real test of a brand is what happens when something goes wrong — and Amazfit's after-sales support fell well short of expectations.** Based on my experience, I would **think very carefully before purchasing an Amazfit product**. A nice-looking watch is not much use if the company is unwilling to stand behind its products when they fail. **For me, Amazfit has lost my trust as a brand.**
