I lost my debit card on Saturday. I called the 1-800 number and cancelled it. The person I talked with was very helpful. I went to the branch office on Monday as instructed and had a new card in 10 minutes. The person at the Madison Street branch in Clarksville, Tn. was very helpful. Any experience with Altra has exceeded expectations. Altra is a great place for all of my banking needs. Thank you !!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Altra in Winona! All of the staff are very personable, friendly And knowledgeable. We have our banking accounts with Altra. I recently opened another account to store monies for an international trip in September 2022. It was so easy. It’s a great place to do business!

Altra literally helped me through the worst 5 years of my life. They gave me a loan when no one else would and when I really needed it. They deserve more stars. They are always helpful and completely fair.
