I just called the Support line "Member Services" in order to get walked through reviewing old bank records. In the years past, it has been difficult to find someone who could walk me through it. TODAY, I was lucky enough to find a humble tech, Dao, who really knew what he was doing! He patiently walked me through the entire process in minutes and was willing to go above and beyond for me. WOW! Thank you, Dao, and Altra Federal Credit Union.

My experience with Altra has been Awesome, customer service with Molly Derickson and Kristina Kovacevic have been great, I highly recommend banking with Altra.
