The fragrances I received smell absolutely amazing. I wore No. 26 tonight and got multiple compliments, and hours later I can still smell it—it hasn’t faded at all. One of the bottles arrived broken during shipping, so I reached out to the company, and without any hassle or questions they shipped a replacement the very next day. That kind of customer service really stands out. I’ll definitely be buying from them again and recommending them to others. I love the way they do business, and I love their product

I ordered fragrance and had the worst experience imaginable. I was sent a completely different, incorrect fragrance that literally smelled like axe body spray. The packaging was a mess, and the bottle had leaked all over. Everything smelled like the awful fragrance and was somehow sticky. The icing on the cake was that customer service refused to refund me for their mistake, instead placing an order for the fragrance I actually ordered without my consent. Wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them, as they will not correct their own mistakes.

Quick response Email customer service to inform them that my package tracking had not been updated. I receive a quick reply that package would be replace as most likely it was lost in transit. Overall happy with response and service

I had to send an email because I had forgotten to apply a discount code when I pressed order. I sent them an email to ask if they could apply it or if I could cancel the order ( so then I could re-order with the discount), Lucas took care of my inquiry and applied the discount very fast after I sent my original email. The whole process was super easy and fast, which is surprising since we’re nearing the holidays! I’m very excited to try my perfumes :) !!
