My perfume arrived with the top loosely opened and perfume had leaked out. I sent an email request to have it addressed and they responded in less than 24 hours and resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. They sent me a brand new bottle of perfume as a replacement. Loved the quick and efficient service and that I did not have to return anything to have the issue resolved.

The ordering process was very confusing since it was tied with Shop. The app and website kept going back and forth and processed an order. No way to cancel an order. Promo/discount that is advertised WASNT even applied. They will not issue a full money refund so now I have to spend more money to return unwanted items and stuck with credit, forcing me to purchase from a company who cant help customers. Horrible process and obvious they just want your money. Oakcha's customer service is much more helpful and scents are great.

I’ve been a loyal ALT customer since 2017, as they offer the best fragrances that truly are high end, quality, and affordable. There are many companies that offer fragrance dupes, but none that I’ve tried compare to ALT! Also, ALT’s customer service and customer appreciation is unmatched. It’s rare that my ALT order has an issue, but in the very few times it’s arrived with a bottle that leaked, or a missing item, ALT’s customer support representatives are extremely kind, helpful, and QUICK at helping to resolve the issue at hand with no problems.
