Every scent I've ordered has smelled amazing. The shipping is always quick and customer service is kind and helpful.

Ordered 3 different bottles of perfume and they are fantastic. One was shipped with a loose lid but after a quick email to customer service, it was quickly resolved. Thank you

My experience is beyond a five, it is extraordinary, from the website,to the packaging, the fragrance, the bottle,oh my God the smell,so soft and light, exactly how I like my oils, perfumes.

5 stars! I had a bottle arrive broken during shipping and reached out to ALT Fragrances. They responded quickly and immediately sent a replacement with no hassle at all. Amazing customer service and a company that truly stands behind their products. I’m very impressed and will definitely continue ordering from them!

Honestly didn’t expect to get a replacement since most just don’t respond but I’m very glad that they’ve decided to help me and figure out what to do with the situation.

Great customer service and good deals but unfortunately part of my order arrived with a bottle mostly empty due to leaking. Upon contacting customer service my issue was immediately resolved with a replacement bottle sent immediately. Super easy to work with and would definitely recommend.

Fragrance smells great. Long lasting. Not an overbearing smell. Will buy more fir friends
