Very quick response . They exceeded my expectations to resolve my issue . Great customer service , good products and they don’t hesitate to make things right for the customer. Will definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

I ordered three fragrances, all three smelled exactly the same as their exorbitantly priced counterparts, without the unaffordable price tag! I can feed my fragrance addiction without breaking the bank. ALT customer service also replaced a bottle that was damaged during shipping, no fuss and FAST turnaround! I couldn't be more pleased with the service experience AND the products... I will be ordering again. Repeatedly!

I ordered the santal 33 and got a different bottle. It was the stiletto. After sending customer service a message, I was quite happy to receive a message from them so quickly when they are in after hours. They're sending the right bottle, and letting me keep the stiletto. Top notch performance in my eyes

My bottle of Crystal leaked out in the bag and was half full when it arrived at my door. Lucas took care of me and sending a new bottle!
