A couple of bottles’ caps were loose and therefore it spilled during delivery. Emailed customer service and they quickly got my replacements to me asap. Aside from their great customer service, their fragrances are awesome! They smell like the original perfumes. Thank god I found them, I will definately be back…

My first initial experience purchasing from ALT fragrances was highly satisfactory from the scents I chose to the timely delivery. My skepticism about the quality of the products was erased when I applied my first couple of sprays and was immediately bombarded with hugs from females and compliments left and right all night from men and women that wanted to know my secret. I've always been an individual who prides himself on smelling amazing because an amazing personality should be complimented with a phenomenal smell to match. It's truly invigorating and satisfying to know you'll be remembered as that individual who brought a great personl and electric vibe along with a great complimentary smell.

Since coming across ALT fragrances, I have been super impressed by the quality and selection of choices. The price makes it easy to try different scents, and customer service was on point, Neha has an excellent customer service, got very prompt reply

DO NOT believe the hype - I wish I didn't ! I really, really wanted to love these products. I can't believe I spent hours of my time looking through reviews & choosing exactly the right scents. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY !! These nasty "perfumes" make my skin itch which no-one compliments. The smell doesn't last but the itch does ! After NOT receiving any compliments that all the other reviewers said they got I asked someone if they could smell this on me & they replied yes & when I stated I wondered why no one had commented to me the answer was " because they don't want to be rude IT IS HORRIBLE" hahaha wish the ground would have swallowed me !! So sadly, $150 down the drain with no way to refund & I'm left with 3 bottles of, frankly quite awful perfumes that I can't even give away. I worked it out -- I have to work 8 hours to pay off this mistake. 8 HOURS !! I am so bitterly disappointed !! Think twice before you throw your money away. I hope even just one person heeds my warning & saves their money.
