Ordered the 3 pack and one came in broken and was the wrong fragrance. Customer support was very quick to respond and fix the problem. All of the scents that I ordered smell very nice (crystal, simply another, and falcon). I don’t particularly care for the scent that came in incorrectly though (bold love), so I was glad that they could fix the issue.

I purchased some fragrances for Christmas gifts. When one of them arrived, it had leaked quite a bit of fragrance out of the bottle. I reached out to support and they immediately resent a brand new bottle out to me. Great customer support.
