Customer service unmatched, took care of me when they didn't have to

First of all, I have loved every product I have ordered from this company. All of their fragrances are high quality and affordable. On my most recent order, I was sent 2 of the same fragrance instead of the 2 different ones I ordered. It's ok, mistakes happen to even the best companies. I emailed customer service Friday afternoon, expecting to hear back Monday if I was lucky based on experiences from other companies. But that's not what happened at all. I not only received an email back in less than 10 minutes, but a notification that the product I didn't receive was already being shipped out to me.

I have tried their perfumes and colognes before and can say they are amazing. I rebought a few items plus a new item to test out and sadly my package was lost in transit and I never received it. They were wonderful and helped me out and resending a new package due to the unfortunate event!! Great customer service even greater products.

The delivery was quick to NYC. And the scent lasts all day. I bought 6 fragrances so far and I have no complaints. I'm definitely a repeat buyer
