Alt Fragrance has proven to me they can produce luxury designer type fragrances for a fraction of the cost. Not only is it a fraction of the cost, but the quality and similarity to the designers scent are spot on. They have also proven to me that the customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with from an online company. I highly recommend giving this company a try if you have always wanted a designer fragrance but just don’t want to pay the designer price.

Experienced very good customer service with the company, they can be trusted. I love the fragrances after two of my friends started buying them. I personally went with Crystal Intense, Pristine, and Bleau. All are great. I recommended to another friend and they started purchasing as well. No complaints! Love them.

ALT. Fragrances DO NOT BUY!! I bought this special (3 FRAGRANCES FOR $99.00) and it was TERRIBLE!!! It smelled like cat pee. LITERALLY Returned it, told me specificvally I could get n exchange or a refund in the initial email but they switched thier tone and now they do not want to give me my money back. saying "Its not thier policy to give refunds" EXCUSE ME? Maybe you should put this disclaimer out whrn you are taking our monry. NEVER buy from a start up company you have never heard of that doesnt have a money back garantee.
