I have ordered Alt many times and always have had a great experience. Customer service is top notch.

I appreciated the customer support, they were very kind and professional. I found lovely inspired versions of some of my favourite perfumes in very economic prices and of very high quality. I was particularly happy to find an amazing dupe of one of my favourite discontinued perfumes, Matcha Meditation of Maison Margiela. I can only recommend ALT.

Have yet to receive my order but the customer service is great so far and I’ve bought before from here so the products are a must have on being the closest to the original

Alt sent another shipment on top of my original order. They care about their customers. I like that.

My order arrived with a leaking bottle and one missing perfume. Although the leak wasn't significant, I contacted customer service, and the next day, they shipped a new order with both perfumes. They truly went above and beyond my expectations! ALT has gained my trust as a customer, and I highly recommend their perfumes, which are of excellent quality. You won’t be disappointed!

Anything the fragrance want for me, customer service has been outstanding. After reading my review they reached out with a shipping label so I could return it for a refund. Again, I would like to state I loved the smell of the fragrance, unfortunately one of the undertones caused a headache. I am going to wait till my daughter has a chance to wear it once before sending it back. If she likes it I will gift it to her instead.

I received the wrong product and they were super quick to respond and ship the correct one. Amazing customer service! I will definitely be purchasing more products from them. Even though I got wrong product it smells amazing and I can’t wait to get the right one.
