ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

I got two bottles of perfume, both smell OK but not great. The worst part is the cheap ass bottles. One of mine has already lost 1/4 of the perfume because it has leaked by being on its side.

I ordered acqua di Alt. And was sent Mistress (horrible smell) instead. Contacted company with quick response they apologized and said they would send the correct product. A week later I again received the wrong one. This time I was sent Immense. I reached out to the company again and I have yet to get a response back this time. I would not order from them again.

Order was untraceable for 2 weeks. I reached out to ALT and got a quick response. The result is that they sent out a duplicate order immediately which solves my issue. Very happy!

Great customer service

I love Alt Fragrances! The product itself has proven to be amazing for all the products I have ordered already. Even better is the customer service! They make me feel like you really care for the people buying the products. Service always responds very quickly and goes above and beyond!

I’ve ordered from them before, & have enjoyed the fragrances a lot. My last order I bought a couple things, not only had to wait 2 weeks to have my order “delivered”. But usps didn’t deliver it to my home. No big deal, not their fault. But when I email them & they tell me to ask my neighbors, & tell me that sometimes they’ll make the package as delivered when it’s not so give them 2 days, is absurd. & I’ve emailed them for an update but no response since 4 days ago. Buying that delivery protection thing was for nothing. So I guess as long as your order actually gets delivered, things will be fine. Disappointing because I really liked this brand.

They do respond quickly and im happy to buy their products. No other dupe company can match how close they get to the actual fragrance

Was able to fix issue without any problems ..
