Alternativepods.comReviews of alternativepods.com

The best vape website, quick shipping. Never had a issue with a product :)

I've ordered from them for awhile and they messed up my last two orders. The first one, one vape was missing completely and the other was damaged. When I said one of the ones I ordered was not delivered, they replied with "we'll check the cameras and see if it was in fact not delivered". They gave me store credit for the damaged one but said nothing about the one they didn't even send me. Emailed multiple times with no response. Second order, they sent me the wrong product. Instead of doing the right thing and sending me the correct one, I have to return the wrong one on my own time and dime, wait for them to get it back and process it, then wait for them to ship the replacement. Poor customer service all around at this company. Take your business elsewhere.

Fast shipping! Great products, will continue to do business

This was the first time I had a disappointment delivery. My order was messed up! The boxed were crushed. I ordered a kangvape 3000 plus tutti furti and it didn't arrive instead it was cotton Candy I sent alternativepods 2 emails I haven't gotten a reply yet! I asked them to send me the tutti furti at no extra cost! Customer service has not replied! I still recommend Alternative pods! I will be ordering again as soon as they resolve my issue. I would still recommend ordering from this site! Ty Florie Moore

DO NOT order from here!!! I ordered it over $100 worth of merchandise and the first time they screwed up sent my entire order to a random address an hour away from me. I Contacts customer service which takes over a week for them to even respond! Finally after I speak to the third person they offered to re-ship my order, when I get my order there’s only one disposable in there and over $100 of missing because the cheap packaging they used as was torn down the side, I had 100% proof and evidence of everything even the video of the UPS driver handed me the package that I opened right there, and they do nothing to help resolve this issue. Now it’s been months and I’m out of $100. SCAMMERS

Shipping is so fast thank you and they always have my flavor Piña colada, I stop going to the vape store thank you

I'm not sure how to rate this company yet. I have only ordered 2 times from them, the first I wasn't pleased due to one of the pods only lasted a day, where the first me lasted 4 days. I've told them and I have gotten no reply.

First time order, products were great, price was fantastic and arrived quickly. Will be ordering again.
