I love this brand! The clothes aren't for everyone and that's okay, but they are really pretty and their sales are awesome. I had an issue with one of my dresses and the customer service was one of the best I have ever dealt with.

Cheap clothing, zippers feel like they are going to rip off when you pull them. Impossible to return things without a charge unless you do it in store. Show up in store and the place is swarmed.. only letting one in and one out, I’m not waiting in line to return cheap ill fitting clothes, it’s all just a lot. And not for Anything good.

awful. Placed an order for my daughters birthday, payed extra for shipping, 8 days later found out item being returned to shipper! missed my daughters birthday ! and now have to wait 7 days for funds to be returned. first order arrived on time. quality was no better than shein. save your money !

I remember when altered states first opened at the mall there were some clothes that would appeal to not just 20 or early 30s ages, but to a much wider Generational Customer base. The last time I looked online, there are mostly crop tops and very short skirts. I understand they’re trying to reach a certain demographic, however, A lot of these styles are very provocative for a store that claims to be Christian oriented.

Horrible. I ordered a necklace, that I would have never ordered if I saw it in store. So cheap looking and poor quality. Such a waste of money.

Went in store and wanted a pair of pants, but they had a stain, so I ordered them online. Then, when they arrived to my house, I got a obviously worn pair that was all black on the bottom, had water stains, and other stains all over the pants. These pants are $78, so I expect a new and never worn pair of pants, but these were so obviously worn and destroyed. One thing for stains in stores, but there should be none on my online order.

Ordered a product with incorrect address but seller refuses to cancel. Purchased over $100 in Jewlery for a loved one but apple pay put in my old address. Immedicatly I tried to contact customer support but they refused to cancel. The order didn't ship until 3 days later and to an incorrect address.
