Altair Technology LLCReviews of altairtech.io

I accidently ordered the wrong part for my miner, and Kris at Altair was kind enough to let me return it.

Excellent service, timely reply to my questions. Will also purchase another Avalon Q miner from them.

I needed to move my Ulracher from one wifi to another a few months after my initial purchase from Altair, ran into some issues with the Vonets unit not reseting properly. Reached out to Altair through the support chat, was moved to email support and they patiently helped be troubleshoot and resolve my issue. 5 star support, thank you so much team!

Dont know if Kris is the owner but he has been very responsive. The screen wasnt working on 1 of the delivered bitaxes and he shipped out a replacement. Initially, I told him I would write a review if I found a block but his immediate replace/response warrants a review. Thanks Kris, and still no block.

I am brand new to the world of bitcoin mining but having this bitaxe gamma makes things a lot easier the set-up was quite and easy shipping was as to be expected overall i am 100% satisfied

This was my first purchase with Altair and I had many questions before the investment, Kris answered all my questions and informed me of additional info that was extremely helpful.

I bought a bitaxe gamma first to test AltAirtech.io out. It came with fast shipping. After that I decided to try a couple btc miners. Same superfast order processing and shipped immediately after receiving funds. You can definitely trust these guys!!

Direct replacement for S19J Pro, as this unit had an amlogic from factory. The unit came with S19K Pro firmware, booted up but would not hash. Not a problem as I loaded Braiins OS on it and its hashin away. Specify your firmware or model#, to have the correct firmware loaded.
