Nothing makes me feel better than supporting a small American business located in the Midwest. Often they fall short of the ease of working with larger companies. Ordered both my first and second miner from Altair and both times it was shipped by the end of the day and I am only about an hour away so it shows up fast. I am sure I could have found them a tad cheaper somewhere else but it wasn't worth it.

Kris helped me out with getting a user-induced miner which had an overtemperature situation back online with minimal cost. <3

I had questions about the Canaan Avalon Q, and Altair Technology’s team went above and beyond. They answered all my messages after hours and made the whole process smooth. My miner arrived in three days, perfectly packed and ready to plug in and run. The Avalon Q is impressively quiet and works flawlessly — I’m running it on a 15A breaker in standard mode with no issues. The miner is very efficient in Eco mode. Excellent service, fast shipping, and knowledgeable people who actually understand Bitcoin mining. Highly recommend!
