Super professional support service via live chat. Kris K. was awesome. Informative, responsive and was the reason I chose Altair. I've been trying to purchase the Canaan Avalon Q for several weeks now, but it's hard to know if any of these merchants are scammers or not. Altair's site, and Kris K helped me get what I was looking for with peace of mind. :)
