Buy Somewhere Else. Faulty Power Supplys Comnon. Received a faulty unit(Bad Power Supply Killed Board), promptly replaced. Next Unit Second Power Supply failure
Received a faulty unit, was promptly returned and replaced with a new one. Great customer service. edit 12/16/2025 was running great at stock settings. i come home one day and i see psu error code #00000015. samn issue it seems as the other one i had. i swapped power supply's to another 12v i bought off amazon to see if that worked it did not. i reset firmware. re thermal pasted. no change. contacted support and they told me they only have a 14 day warranty and that doesn't cover the replacement i received. told me to try to do what i had already done changing firmware, re-thermal paste etc. i send them the logs and dont hear back. i have 2 other NerdaxQ++ from solo satashi that i have on a meanwell 350w power supply. so i try that and it starts working again. i have adjusted nothing on this one its stock at stock settings using a max for 76 watts. so the 120w provided power supply should be sufficient fo that application. so i do appreciate that they replaced it the first time. having another faulty power supply seems crazy to me. so i am altering my original 5 star review to 2. 2 faulty power supply and the first one killed the first NerdAxq++ so much so they couldnt repair it. cant recommend buying here. but if you do get your own power supply.
