When we received our hiking pack the frame was slightly damaged, Als quickly sent a replacement pack. They were helpful, understanding, and so easy to work with.

Best store with the best employees! It’s so refreshing to see smiling faces and great customer service. I love not feeling like I’m in a sci-fi movie. I appreciate the employees courage to choose not to wear masks.

AL's does bad business. Order could not be fulfilled by the company... only 3 items out of 6 were sent. Their own mistakes are not my concern when prices are set and put online. I don't think they will last another 100 years in business the way customers are treated!!
Response from Als.comMay 13, 2021
Hi Timo, Thanks for reaching out to us about this! We apologize for the error that occurred with your order. Sounds as though there might have been an inventory error. We try to keep our inventory up to date, but we do experience errors. Again, we apologize for this! We would be happy to talk more about your experience, please reach out to us at 435-752-2042 or send us an email at [email protected]. Thanks, Al's Team

I ordered a $500 snowboard. They charged my card then 4 days later I got an email stating it was out of stock and my order was cancelled. It took another 3 days to get my money back. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone about your order. It really seemed like a scam to me! I would steer clear of this place!!

Received the wrong item after a Christmas order. Turns out the item was incorrectly listed on their site and the price/item didn't coincide. When i asked for an exchange for the correct item, they acknowledged the error in their system and still honored the discounted price even though it was significantly discounted! Amazing customer service over the phone - quick answer by a real person who immediately resolved my issue within a minute. Very happy with Als.com.
