I have made several purchases from Al's online. Just got a pair of running shoes. NB880s on sale... fast shipping, great product. I've never been disappointed. They HAVE FANTASTIC Flash sales too!

I was nervous about this site given the reviews. But since none of them seemed like outright fraud (mostly just not getting what they ordered), I decided to give it a shot. I ordered two pairs of North Face ski gloves that they had at a great price. I placed the order on 5/9/26, and believe they arrived yesterday 5/18/2026. They look like the real deal as best I can tell.

Al’s provides great customer service and they have excellent deals on name brand gear.

I called Customer Service about a potential order, and Sarah was truly the most helpful Support Rep I’ve ever encountered. She was quick to understand what I needed assistance with, and spoke very clearly and concisely. Al’s seems to know how to train employees, and I truly felt their priority is to support the customer. Bought what I wanted from Al’s, and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

On 12/1/25 I ordered some Athlon binoculars. When I placed the order it said they would be delivered by 12/19, but then the order confirmation said they would be delivered on 12/22. I am leaving for Christmas on 12/21 and the binoculars are a gift. I emailed Al's customer service and they replied in a reasonable time telling me that they would investigate and get back to me and would cancel my order if necessary. I had seen the negative reviews and was a little nervous. The next day I called the number that was included in their email. I was on hold for a few minutes and then was able to speak with someone. I found out that they don't ship the binoculars from Al's. They come from Athlon (the manufacturer). She said they were waiting to hear from Athlon about the delivery date. I decided I would give them two days to get back to me. A few hours later, I got an email saying they were shipped. I received the binoculars on 12/5/25. So my experience was excellent and I will use them again.

I tested their camping chair and a diva worker said me and my sister could be chair models! COME TO ALS!

Great communication and customer service. They did not hit the shipping deadline needed, and they worked hard to rectify this. Thank you, I will place another order when time is not a constraint!
