The order was incorrect but then they fixed it. they went out of their way to get me the correct item and they let me keep the incorrect one. The shorts we got were high quality.

Personally would've rather not had the experience I did. It's cool that they are giving me free shipping on a replacement and customer service was cool. Just be careful ordering things shipping from China cause they didn't put my address correctly on the package they sent. That one was sent back to China.

Alpha Weebs send larger size than ordered, however explained the Asian/Western sizing labels. Although still too large they were able to send out a FREE replacement, and for that I am very appreciative.

Didn't get a tracking number till I had to message them about it which was 20 days after the purchase. Sizing is small, the 2x was the size of a Large. Thin cheap material not worth the $80 I spent on it.

UPDATING REVIEW: As far as I’m concerned, this is a scam shop. I don’t recommend anyone purchase from here. I’ll leave my old review below. First off, the order took A MONTH to reach me, and the tracking didn’t work the entire time. When I reached out multiple times for an update, they didn’t even understand or help my issue that tracking was invalid. Just got a “don’t worry, we’ve had over 6000 orders, you’ll get your order.” Not helpful. It randomly showed up one day in my mailbox. Fine. I got one shirt as a gift for Christmas for my partner. It was too small. Website states you can return items or exchange items. Apparently, they don’t ACTUALLY allow this? Why is this on their site? False information. So they offer me a free replacement if I leave a positive review. So basically trapping me, if I don’t leave a review then you get nothing, which is the worst type of service. So I opt for the replacement and leave a review to beef up their crappy stats. I get the replacement and it’s absolute TRASH. The quality of the first shirt seemed nice enough, but this one I could have made on my own. It was just a simple heat transfer and shiny- NOT a Silk screen like the original shirt. I was like, the heck?? If this is my free replacement, this is not what I wanted at all, and not what I paid for. I emailed them right away, and they asked for some time while they reach out to the manufacturer I guess. Fast forward a month, I reach out and get no response. 3 more weeks pass and I reach out again, mind you it’s now almost two months after I initially informed them of this- they say I can send back BOTH shirts for a full refund or keep both for a 25% refund- sorry, not good enough for me. False information saying I can’t return items and locked into a replacement that’s ugly, AND the poor experience? And now I can magically send back the shirt, when they didn’t allow me to ship returns?? But the catch is I have to send back the shirt they told me I could KEEP TOO. Wild practices and terrible service. It’s just a huge headache all around, so I suggest and highly recommend you all save your self the troubles and order from a reputable shop. Truly convince this is a scam. —————————————————- Accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt as a gift for Christmas, and they are able to send a free replacement and I can still keep the original! Customer service was terrible. Every email received was always "Let me get back to my boss and I will let you know what they say" without a clear answer. I asked for a refund after ordering the wrong product. I followed their guidelines exactly. I asked for a refund not even 15 minutes after purchasing and they have yet to refund me anything. I haven't received any product, they just stole money from me at this point.

We ordered it before Thanksgiving (11/23) and the shipping took forever, and we had no estimated arrival date until the day before delivery. We received it by Dec. 30th.
