Alpha WeebsReviews of alphaweebs.com

Absolutely awful. My hoodie is to small due to the fact I am 6’2, I ordered the biggest size buts it to small. I have emailed and yet received no feedback.

Do not order anything from this company. It took almost a month to receive the one item I ordered and it was not the size I asked for. After, they spam your email asking you to write good reviews or email support to make it right. After multiple attempts to contact support, no response was received. Now I’m stuck with a pair of shorts in a size I did not order. Additionally the quality is cheaply made.

So I ordered a One Piece Beanie and Sweater.....it has been very difficult reaching the company especially after the 1st order tracking number stopped working. I did not know tracking numbers could stop working...I had to message the company for days before I got an answer, 3 days...they send me a new tracking number but only for the one peice beanie.. After only the beanie was received the hoodie never was it said delivered on the website and said the beanie was the one not delivered so I believe they mixed them tracking numbers for them both. I come to find out the other tracking number for the beanie...the one meant for the hoodie didn't work....the tracking numbers situation I had to call the one I the UK and DHL....they both couldn't help...now for for 3 days I've emailed Alpha Weebs at their email and still no response....it took emailing their Facebook for a response....they said they will....send a replacement....to my address....im just not sure how to feel about this until I actually get the hoodie.....very stressful order

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought the ‘Nila’ gear 5 hoodie. Looks nothing like it does in the pictures. Horribly manufactured hoodie. Really thin nasty polyester material that is almost see through. Ordered a 2XL and it barely fits when I wear a large in most things. Also took over a month to arrive with no tracking, even though I paid for faster delivery. Avoid at all costs. Horrible cheap materials.

I had gotten the wrong size from them two XL and they are giving me a free replacement!

Great shirt... but a 3x was way smaller than a US 3x. I should have ordered a 5x to fit.

All in all, good experience. I will purchase from Alpha Weebs again. They could use an upgrade on their tracking method. As I never once got an E.T.A date. However. Alpha Weebs is very communicative and responds quickly and takes customer satisfaction seriously. They're was a problem with the size that I had ordered but they are sending me the size I need. They also are letting me keep the item I originally received.I'm excited to receive the right size as the Item I purchased is great quality.

I appreciate all that they have done to correct my order. An item was missing and when I got it, it was the wrong size. They have promised me a replacement which I am still waiting for. ...I just noticed in their email that the replacement item is pending my review. 😒 I hope it looks like the pictures. I placed my order on the 1st of Dec.
