Alpha WeebsReviews of alphaweebs.com

Great and speedy communication. It’s really hard to order clothes online and get the right size. I sadly ordered the wrong size but they sent me a new one FOR FREE!!! Highly recommend this shop.

Order arrived and I wasn’t happy with the print quality. After speaking with them, they’ve sent out a free replacement no questions asked. Happy days.

I had a product arrive that ran much smaller than expected as it was supposed to be oversized, but instead ran undersized. The quality of the product wasn't up to par, so I reached out to the team who offered a free replacement without any return. This experience demonstrated excellent customer service.

This company has one of the worst customer service responses I have ever experienced. I have been having this ordeal with them for 2 MONTHS. My package was stolen originally, and the company promised that if I wrote positive reviews for them on here and Facebook, they would send me a new item. Great! So, I did both. They sent a new item after 2 weeks and multiple emails. Once again, however, they used a package tracking site that was terrible. There was no real important information like who my local delivery service would be and what the local tracking number was. I saw that my package arrived in America and then radio silence. I contacted the company multiple times. They gave me an incoherent tracking number that did not register with any local shipping companies. I had to call around to companies, giving them my personal information in an attempt to find the package on my own. Finally, after finding the company that had my item (CDL??? Which has terrible reviews themselves) I was informed that there was an attempted delivery and now my item was being sent back. AFTER all of this does the AlphaWeebs team contact me, stating that they had been trying to contact the shipping company and thats why it took so long to get back to me. No information, no details, nothing. They're essentially useless. Don't bother ordering from this company or contacting their customer service department. All you will get is an assignment and empty promises.

Wanted to return, bad help

I didn't take the size difference between countries when it came to clothing into account and ordered a hoodie in the wrong size. Despite it being my fault they still offered to send me a free replacement. Alpha Weebs has great customer service! This definitely made my day with the tough week I’ve been having! 😁

This company allowed me to change details about my order even after purchase, to me that showed initiative and an honest desire to fulfill customer satisfaction. I ordered a hoodie and a shirt and both arrived in good condition, I like the material as well, very soft and high quality. I can honestly say I’ll be purchasing from here again.

Expensive shirt for extremely low quality print and materials
