The print has already began to deteriorate, I was lucky I ordered XL since it's essentially the equivalent of a M in this country which is the US. But I wanted an XL for an oversized hoodie. Also the delivery took quite long and just for the price I don't feel it was worth it, unfortunately. I appreciate all the updates for the delivery but I had to translate every update.

i ordered a t shirt. it didn’t ship for weeks. so long in fact that i contacted and asked to just cancel it. they said nah. i did finally get it so that’s the only reason it gets 2 stars

Currently awaiting a response from company. But after reading the negative reviews I'm not too hopeful for a good outcome. I ordered a 3xl to have a cozy and baggy sweater. I couldn't even fit into it, and I wear xl comfortably. When I went to leave a review the site automatically changed my review to a positive five stars. So I tried again and the site automatically changed it to five stars after posting. Then I left a third review outlining this and they deleted all my reviews. That made me realize this was a shady company. So depending on how they settle this I will either add or subtract a star.

I ordered a necklace and it arrived late. Not only that but they made the hook to clasp at the front, so it looks totally stupid and completely takes away from the necklace piece.

Took forever and sent me wrong size shirt and the shirts are cheaply made and overpriced for what they are. They didn't want to own the mistake either.

Items didn’t match the pictures. Quality was very poor especially for the price. Also, my email was never responded to when I asked for a shipment update since my shipment was late.

Missing an item, i ordered 2 shirts and they only received 1 item. Try emailing them and DM them and no answer.

The customer service for the most part was helpful and responded pretty quickly. I ordered 2 shirts which arrived pretty quickly however, I only received one shirt and in the wrong size. I contacted customer support, and they stated that the site runs smaller sizes hence them sending me a large instead of a medium (although there was nothing in their site about a different size chart). I asked about my second shirt and they responded with we can send you a free shirt for the inconvenience of the wrong size…I sent the receipt, and showed them that I paid for 2 shirts. They never acknowledged it.
