I have purchased a couple of T-shirts one for myself and one for a friend. Mine came in an extra large and I ordered a medium and I called them up and they were great and sending me the correct size that I ordered. The artwork is beautiful and my friend absolutely loved her shirt with her dogs. I think you’ll be very happy with this purchase.

I ordered a 8 by 12 canvas. It arrived in a larger size, which was much too big for the space I wanted it. The explanation I received was that they “upgraded” my order due to not having my size. I explained I only wanted the smaller size or a refund. They refused both offering me a coupon for a future order! Seriously why would I order again? I continued to argue and finally was told I would be sent the correct size, which by the way is still advertised as available. Over a month later with multiple excuses for the delay they are now trying to tell me it was shipped and delivered yet have not offered any tracking proof of that. Needless to say I did not get it. Please be careful ordering from here. If it is wrong they will give you a runaround and not correct it. Still fighting!! Ugh!!

I ordered a canvas for myself and absolutely loved it. Have since ordered a pillow for my niece as a housewarming gift. She loves it. Just sent a canvas to my parents and it brought them to tears! Thank you!!!

I ordered a pillow as a gift for my friend but was unable to apply the discount code for some reason. I contacted them and they were more than happy to apply the code for me. I did not realize the design was on both sides but was more than thrilled when I received it. Could not wait to give it to her and SHE LOVES IT...truly went on and on about how she loved it Had to order another one for someone else who also loved it Great gift!

Great piece of art for the wall and a keepsake that will be cherished. The company was fantastic to work with and went above & beyond in not only helping us change the shipping address at the last minute but ensuring it arrived. We would DEFINITELY use LuluFam again!!
