What a terrific product we received from Alpha Marts - a metal patio table with umbrella port, at a wonderful price. But the customer service is what really stood out. When the box arrived via FedEx, you could hear loose parts in the box. Upon opening it up it turns out that the tools & hardware kit had come loose during shipping. Almost all the items were still there except for three bolts and a nut. I contacted Alpha Marts, and upon confirming my purchase (through Amazon) a new entire tools & hardware kit was sent to me. Great communication from customer support, friendly, prompt, thorough and responsive. That made a terrific purchase even better because they totally stood behind their product and made me an even happier customer. I will buy from them again with conficdence. Thank you Alpha Mart.

We ordered two chairs that needed to be assembled. Unfortunately the box came without the screws needed to complete the construction. I tried calling the 800 number but was unsuccessful in talking with anyone. I resorted to email, thinking that my correspondence would disappear into the Internet ether. To my surprise, I received a prompt reply, and the CSR informed me that the screw package was being sent. Less than one week later, they arrived! Thank you for the prompt service I received.

Great customer service quick response to a minor hiccup. Love our patio set, however I did find it cheaper elsewhere so shop around. Overall great experience

A++++++++ for customer service. I bought a chair from Amazon and my return window was closed. The chair needed a repair. Tiffany at Alphamarts was so responsive and shipped a new chair and I received it in 2 days.
