Customer Service is AAAAAA+! I placed an order for a fire pit and after ordering it, I had mistakenly thought it was propane, but it was not. I sent an email to customer service and requested to cancel my order. I had placed the order 3 days prior and was afraid it was about to ship. Customer service was awesome!! Within 24 hrs they had tracked my shipment, canceled my order & issued me a full refund. I highly suggest using this company!!!!

I would highly recommend Alphamarts.com. I have purchased 3 office chairs from them .I am very happy with the quality and comfort of my chairs. Very pleased with timely delivery and the whole ordering process. I had one arm on a chair that needed to be replaced and the very friendly prompt customer service sent me a replacement arm that fits perfectly.

Farrah was terrific! I emailed the company regarding outdoor furniture rusting and breaking within the one year warranty period. They had me send in photos and videos and within a two week process I was given four replacement chairs and a replacement table. The customer service was spectacular. I highly recommend using this company for your furniture needs. And word of advice, buy covers for outdoor furniture to increase longevity of products!
