I am very pleased with Alphamarts. The initial canopy I purchased broke while raising it. They asked me to send them photos of the broken piece to see if it could be repaired. Once I sent the photos, they immediately sent me a new canopy which went up without any issues. I will continue to purchase from this company.

This summer I ordered a patio furniture set and as we were putting it together, I noticed a crack in one of the wood panels on the table. I contacted the company and within a week I received a new table. I definitely would do business with them again!

The customer service was super. I received an item that was damaged in shipping and Alphamart responded quickly.

I was recently shopping online for zero gravity chairs when I noticed a bundle for two chairs on sale from MF Studio, Alpha Mart. They were perfect for me since I exceed the usual 250 lb. weight limit. These are rated for 400 lb. are extra wide and include adjustable head rest and cup holder. Perfect for my brother and I. I was so disappointed when they arrived when I could not get either chair to recline while sitting in it. I was ready to return them when I noticed a note on the tag on the chair asking customers to contact customer service if they experienced any problems, so I did. I sent an email describing my problem that was promptly answered asking me to send a video of the problem. They included a demo video of how to operate the chair. After reviewing the video I concluded I was operating it correctly but they just wouldn't recline. They asked for another video demonstrating this problem and was able to convince them that it had to be a problem with the chair. They agreed and asked if I would like two replacement chairs which I agreed to but was skeptical since there was no obvious defect in the original chairs. When the replacements arrived, I was so glad they worked as they should. I am grateful to their customer service for working with me thru my frustration and making every effort to satisfy me in a polite, professional manner. I'm giving a five star rating for the chairs and the same for the customer service. Totally satisfied.

I was looking on Amazon for a 7 piece outdoor patio set with a blue umbrella. It sold for $729 + $50 shipping. I found a better set (SKU TC7-426-097) (minus the umbrella) for $589 after using the promo code and free shipping. I ordered the umbrella separately and I saved myself over $100 VS waiting and buying on Amazon. Thank you!!!

Very pleased with the customer service. Upon learning we might be missing parts and or some were damaged the company quickly responded and replaced what was damaged very quickly.
