My wife and Son bought me a BBQ grill for fathers day. We don't make much income so this was a huge deal for my family and a beautiful gift for me. We're big into grilling! The BBQ grill they bought is absolutely beautiful and extremely well built! I love it and am speechless to have received it as a gift. I can't express how well built it is except that it exceeds anything else I've seen. I did have a little problem with it getting too hot and not adjusting down to where we needed it. I emailed alphamart and they got back to me right away. We had a line of communication going on. We tried a few things to remedy the heat issue. They really went far and beyond anything I could have hoped for to fix this situation. I am so thankful for what they did for us to go above and beyond amazing customer support. Our house had an electrical fire and our kitchen is totally gone, our house is not safe to be inside so, we're outside living and couldn't survive without a grill to cook on. Thank you Alphamart for your dedication to your customer support and thank you for how you've helped my family.

I bought a 7 piece patio set from alphamart but FedEx lost the table. They shipped the table out the same day I emailed them. Very happy with the product and with the service. I would definitely buy from them again.

AMAZING value I never expected this quality. I had some issues in the beginning get hold of them but when I did the service was fantastic, then when the until turned up it is fantastic quality and will last for years in the British climate

We ordered a nine piece patio dining set and we’re pleased with the quality of the set. Although there was a tiny scratch on the table top, Alpamarts customer support was awesome and we’re satisfied with the results.

Perfect for large patio This is the best large Umbrella I found in the market. Large enough to cover all may patio. It looks like portable awning cover more than 130 sq feet. The material is excellent and water resistant. The solar night light looks bountiful as well.

I had seen a triple umbrella at BJ's & thought it would be great for my patio to cover 2 lounge chairs. I looked on line & saw it cheaper at AlphaMart. They had wonderful reviews so I purchased it in mid March. I did not actually use it until the middle of June. It was hard to crank up the umbrella. Upon cranking it down the crank broke & was partially out of it's position. I wrote an email, took a photo the crank along with my sales receipt & sent it off to AlphaMart. Within an hour I got a message from Tiffany that a new one would be in the mail. Unfortunately, the crank was on order & would be shipped directly to me when available. It came via USPS on 7/3/2023 & my daughter & I easily installed it. The umbrella works perfectly after installing & adjusting the bolt. I love the umbrella, but most of all, I love the customer service from AlphaMart. If something goes wrong, they will fix it. Thank you !!
