I purchased the Sport watch only to find out that it actually does not connect to an iPhone and relay text messages. I tried unsuccessfully to return it for weeks and was always given the runaround, asked to record a video of the watch multiple times. I just wanted to apply the funds to a new watch and still I have purchased the Raptor, it too does not provide text messages. Seems like this folks use some selective wording on their marketing ploys. These watches are not what they are cracked up to be and their return policy and communication is a joke.

This company does not support what they sell. Their watches have NO WARRANTY. They will only replace defective watches within 30 days of purchase. I bought two Bravo watches. After only 2 months the display went out on one. When I contacted customer support, the only thing they offered was a discount on a new watch. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY!

First of all the standard 2-5 days shipping is a lie. They tried making excuses blaming the USPS as the reason, but it was a lie, they said USPS probably didn't scan it, total lie cause it took them 3 days until the processed the order and sent it out. Then there the watch not charging, and the tried troubleshooting it with me. Then when I asked for a return label to return the watch they stopped answering my emails all together. STAY AWAY FROM ALPHAGEAR WATCHES, OR ALPHASTRONG WATCHES. TOTAL SCUMBAG COMPANY ALSO THEY ARE ON BBB FOR SAME SORT OF STUFF! ***BEWARE***

Never got the watch I ordered. They have been ignoring my emails for a refund. Don't order from them, they are frauds.

There not a company. There dishonest, there deceitful. They sell inferior products and have absolutely no customer service or support. How Google or Amazon even let them advertise is beyond me? Honestly, the FBI and IRS needs to seriously look into Alpha. They blatantly steal your money. I'm not even asking for a refund. No way too anyway. I have a splitting-maul I'm going to use on the piece of junk!

Worst Company ever. Purchased the Ultimate Raptor Package for my husbands birthday on 7/8/23. After opening the watch on 7/8/23, I sent an email to request a return due to the poor quality of the watch. My return was denied because I didn’t email the company within 3 days of receipt. What a waste of money for a piece of junk. I would never recommend this companies products to anyone.

Worst customer service out there! Watch is supposed to be waterproof to a 100m and mine got wet from the water hose and quite immediately. Face fogged up and numbers went haywire. This is what I would have expected from China but not here!! Buyer Beware!!

Alpha Watch Company is a total scam. I have tried many times to contact customer service. The only service you get is a recording informing you that the mail box is full and can not receive additional messages. The only reason I gave them one star is because that is the only choice. They wanted to send the company policy. I got the watches for a Father's Day Gift
