I was extremely skeptical when I first ordered the pro package. It has exceeded my expectations. The vitals are very accurate and has NEVER disappointed me. I use it while hunting, flying, and biking. Great product!

Bought the Delta watch. Cannot hook it up to my phone. They say it's all easy. It is not and I cannot get any service or any help from anywhere.

Hard to pair contacts and text messages. Was on a call and the watch wouldn’t let me back of out the call to do other activities on the watch. I gave up.

Love my new bravo xl watch . The whole online experience was great. I even messed up my address and the email team was great . Changed my address and even sent me a screenshot confirming it was changed . Came in great packaging. Watch is very easy to link to my phone. Have had it o wr a month and still love it just as much . Have told quite a few friends about how they need one .

I got the raptor pro for Xmas. Worked for a month. Started to malfunction and I reached out to the company. Three emails, instagram message, and ttwo phone messages and no response. All of these reviews are correct, piece of junk, no customer service and scam company.

Piece of junk don’t waste your money. Company isn’t a company it’s a scam. Watches don’t work no customer service. No one to call only text and they just don’t care. Say it’s past the 30 days but 3 weeks is the delivery and there done with the customer. They have other company scams too selling other crap products. They should be in jail. They are scammers!!

Bought two watches in the past month or so, one for my son, one for me. His worked for exactly 2wks before the display went blank and won't come back on. Mine is wonky as heck. Sometimes comes on sometimes doesn't. I'm constantly having to reset it. I guess it's water proof but any time water touches the display it starts freaking out, once even placing multiple calls when I was in there shower. Customer service is non existent. I'm about to send them back and dispute the charges on my CC. Find an alternative because these are not all that.
